I have a house girls and house boys bureau which I have been running for over 10 years in Nairobi, Komarock estate, phase 3A. I get my domestic managers through known contacts from Western, Nyanza, Eastern, Central, Nandi, Marakwet, Coast, Uganda, and Tanzania among others. By the time I link you up with a worker, I have spoken to either the parents or an available next of kin. I am specifically concerned about their health and dress code. This is based on the experience I have had with my clients over the 10 years. I interview the domestic workers at length before I finally release them to you. Based on an agreement with you, I can interview the domestic workers on your behalf, and get them onto a bus to your place. If you are held up, you don’t have to come to the bureau.
