Effective inventory management is the backbone of a profitable business. Our Stock Reports and Tracking suite gives you real-time visibility into your inventory, helps you avoid running out of stock, and simplifies your auditing process.

1. Current Stock

The Current Stock page gives you an instant, accurate snapshot of your stock balances at any glance, any day, at any time. Designed for speed and simplicity, it features a fast-loading search bar to help you locate specific items in seconds.

Managing Reorder Levels

To ensure you never run out of your best-selling items, our system comes with a default reorder level set at 6 pieces. However, because every business and product is unique, you can easily customize this threshold:

Click the Set Reorder Levels button at the top of the page.

Adjust the reorder level to fit that specific item’s sales velocity.

Click Save.

Smart Alerts & Time-Saving Filters

Color-Coded Quantities: When an item hits or falls below its defined reorder level, its quantity automatically changes color, instantly drawing your attention to what needs restocking.

The “Needs Reorder” Button: Scrolling through hundreds of products to find low stock is exhausting. To save you time, simply click the Needs Reorder button at the top of the page. The system will instantly filter your view to show only the products that need to be reordered.

2. Stock Movements

While it might seem similar to the Stock Card at first glance, the Stock Movements page serves a distinct, powerful purpose: it tracks the absolute, real-time “in and out” physical flow of every product across your entire system.

Quick Audits: You can instantly filter the view by Stock In (Received) or Stock Out (Sold).

Verification: This page acts as a robust backup and verification tool for your Stock Card page, making it the perfect place to start when conducting a quick inventory audit.

3. Stock Card

The Stock Card page is where you go deep into the history of an individual product. It allows you to isolate a specific item and analyze its precise timeline and movement within any given period of the month.

Opening & Closing Balances: Every product’s journey begins with an opening balance, which seamlessly carries over from the previous month’s closing balance.

Expiry Prompts & Reminders: Protect your revenue from expiring stock. This page houses your item expiry dates and automated reminders via the dedicated Expiry Prompt column.

Automated Totals: No manual math required. The system properly calculates and displays all running totals at the bottom of every individual product’s stock card.

4. Downloadable Reports

Our reporting is built to be practical: just download, print, and file. Every report page, including Current Stock, Stock Movements, Stock Card, and your Sales Report, can be downloaded as a clean CSV file with all mathematical calculations completely intact and ready for use.

Pre-Calculated Data: When you export a report, all formulas and calculations are preserved in the file.

Product-Specific Stock Card Downloads: When exporting from the Stock Card page, your report is generated per product variable. It cleanly flows from the initial opening balance all the way through every transaction to the final current balance.
