You need to watch out for the “salary-oriented” hire. These are the people who are only there to punch the clock and collect a paycheck. They don’t care about your inventory, they don’t notice when a customer looks confused, and they certainly aren’t thinking about how to save you money. Look for the “profit-oriented” hires.
