Accessing Inventory
From your Dashboard, navigate to the Addons section and click Inventory. This opens your Inventory Home, the operational control center for your stock.
This is where serious stock management happens.
Core Stock Actions
Sell Item – Record sales directly from inventory while quantities adjust automatically to reflect real-time movement.
Add New Product – Introduce products into your system with proper pricing structure and organized records.
Restock – Replenish inventory without disrupting accuracy, keeping your records aligned with reality.
Used consistently, these controls keep your stock clean, traceable, and accountable.
Reports & Business Visibility
Inventory Home also provides reporting tools that reveal performance patterns and product movement. You don’t have to guess how business is performing, you can see it.
Debtors & Creditors
Business is not only about products; it is also about obligations. The module allows you to manage customer balances and supplier commitments with structure and clarity, strengthening accountability on both ends.

The Income & Expense Calculator is built for structured tracking. Whether you are running a business, managing a fundraiser, overseeing a project, or simply demanding clarity in your finances.
Creating a Tracking Purpose
Begin by defining your tracking intention in the ‘Enter Purpose’ field. This could represent a month, a project, an event, or any financial objective. Save it, then select it from the ‘Select Purpose’ dropdown before recording transactions.
Each purpose operates independently. This allows you to separate projects cleanly without mixing figures or distorting totals.
Recording Transactions
Use the ‘Add Transaction’ section to record money Received or Paid. Entries reflect instantly in ‘Transaction History’, while the ‘Totals’ section updates automatically.
No manual balancing. No recalculating at the end of the day.
Control & Flexibility
You may update, rename, or remove purposes as your needs evolve. You can also edit or delete individual transactions whenever adjustments are necessary.
The built-in search function allows you to locate entries quickly because financial clarity should never depend on scrolling endlessly.
